Service Description
Arrive at client's work location to pick-up shears and take off-site for shear sharpening or knife sharpening within Brandon, Manitoba. If scheduling shear pick-up, we will contact you to confirm drop off date and time of your completed shears. We understand your tools are your livelihood, so we strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Our turn around times are subject to availability and can vary, but we typically get your items back to you within 2-3 business days or less. If you have a hard deadline for your order, please indicate it on the order form at checkout and we will work to accommodate a rush on the expected turn around time. We also have a selection of ABOVE shears that can be loaned out for purchase during your servicing.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of $25. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We may require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
